Using a Lamborghini to Mulch my burned forest into woodchips!

Welcome to my latest adventure on my land in Western Slovenia! In this video, I'm excited to share with you the unique journey of transforming thousands of dead, burned-down trees into a resource for my permaculture food forest farm. I've recently acquired a Lamborghini tractor and an old German wood chipper for this massive undertaking. Join me as I navigate my Lamborghini tractor through the ...

Love this solution, cheap and effective and not needing to spend hundreds of dollars to sift dirt.
Great idea! Why didn’t I think of wheels?! Duh! I used a fence that had long, skinny boards on it. Stuck a piece of hardware cloth to put on top, and scraped the stuff back and forth. Mud oil!
Rwandan machete? Or Gemlight, chinese machete exported to Africa?
Helemaal geweldig 👍 😃
Brillant!
I did the same thing. The mattock pick is the best tool for that pat of the world. It does many things well.
Really great ideas in this video. You had me looking for bike rims on my day off from works.
I kept yelling "that's so clever!" At every stage.
Mooi.
LEGENDO!!!
🙏🏽
Do they still make tractors? Also how does that even happen lol
Yes they do. It's because of the massive weight of water behind. And no front weights. Unbalanced!
I'm guessing sheep's wool on the bottom for water retention? Looks great👍
Yes 👍🏼
Nice work, found you through David the good, love what you're doing!
That's a great invention
11:00 ''Successful'' is an understatement. You are a GENIUS!!!
Thanks!
You are THE MOST workaholic, innovative, skilled handyman/builder/gardener EVERY! Wow, brother! WOW!🤩#MadRespect
Your 45 degree mountain is much, much flatter than my 30 to 45 degree mountain. Flattening out an area the size of your greenhouse takes me a few days with a shovel. Trying to use a pick axe on the mountain would require a death wish I am lacking. Once something starts moving it doesn't stop, sometimes crossing several driveways and streets once it gets to the bottom. I've had free range rocks shatter my fruit trees.
These trellises are fantastic.
Animals = Beautiful People
I’m not an expert nor an engineer but this looks unstable, unsafe eventually
Excellent work 👍
I JUST LOVE ROCKS. think of all you can build with them! great garden . i want one too.
Can you please show how you connect the skateboard wheel? How does it not just spin with the central bearings? Thanks!
Just put some super glue inside the bearings and will freeze in place
Ah good shout, cheers
Brilliant!!!
very good
You’re courageous! I’m trying to find some examples of permaculture projects in sloped terrains and I found this video. I just arrived here, so I’ll watch your progress. Congratulations for this initiative!

Simple but very efficient. I like the idea. Thanks for sharing
Nice build. But why the oil?
Lasts longer out in the rain, some protective coating
The petroleum oil is a health concern I think. Instead, you can use raw linseed oil and charcoal powder- not toxic and makes wood last forever.
@@shannonleegilmour2631 But he used salt-reduced, low cholesterol, vegan, nanny-free, bargain-basement motor oil (made entirely of dead free-range dinosaurs). The oil was exclusively recovered from machinery that grew, harvested and pressed linseed. Your not supposed to eat the frame so probably not a health concern whatsoever.
Correct. I'm not consuming the wooden frame 😂
your strawberry tree is loaded - mine is about to ripen
The collest REAL MAN in Slovenia!😎GO Master Robbert!🙏
Good job, Earthy Robbert!
Really cool tho, but how long does the battery last?
Probably probably not long but I decided to use it by hand instead of mechanicalizing it
Wonderful job. As an Italian I think I can appreciate all to work you had to do there. Sardinia is very natural (some would say wild) and beautiful, but also full of rocks and with not that much soil. Anyway, I also think that with a good management you can have good results. Keep up.
Thank you! Yes, similar landscape in sardinia with limestone karst rock. ✌🏽 Welcome to come by one day
Ok. So you are not in Sardinia ?? Are you in Slovenia ?? (I cannot understand the name of the Place).
@@albtub search 'kmetija govec' on Google maps! ✌🏽 Slovenian karst plateau
@@RobbertvanHaaften Ok. Surely there will be more soil there than most places in Sardinia.😅😅😅😅. (By the way I am not from Sardinia). Best regards.
Great work Robbert, really fantastic!
Bedankt!

Why wood chips over other things like river stones?
Ain't no river here.

Nice tractor and chipper.
Very useful!
Nice video; May I ask how do you plan preventing erosion from rain until the plants you’re going to introduce will develop a sufficiently strong apparatus of roots?
It's stable enough with the rock wall 👍🏼 and grasses are growing. I don't plan to cultivate this terrace
@@RobbertvanHaaften thanks for the response :) understandable
